Clutch Problem

Have an '02 and the clutch just recently went to the floor and wouldn't return. I had to pull it back up with my foot and it feels like I have to pump it to get it to work. I checked the fluid level and the Master Cylinder is full of fluid. Do I need to replace the Master Cylinder or the Release Cylinder or do I just need to bleed the system. I don't see any evidence of leaks. Any help or information would be greatly appreciated.

Try bleeding your system.
