clutch hydraulics?

well i got my trans rebuilt with a new clutch back in nov/dec of 04, but earlier i was driving, and i stopped at a light, let go of the clutch a little, and my car popped forward(kind of like waht it would do if you didnt give it any gas and you fully depress the clutch), i thought maybe it was my fault and i just wasnt giving it enough gas(kind of embarrassing bc i was w my friends lol) but then it kept on doing it, then got stuck in gear, but then it would let me take it out of gear sometimes, it just seemed like my clutch wasnt engaging, and my clutch pedal wasnt disengaging all the way, now its like 20 min from my house , maybe its just the hydraulic clutch fluiid , anyways, what do you guys think it could be? thanks
