if you are putting in a new FW hold off on spacing out the slave...maybe both your low pedal engagement and fork buzzing PP will be resolved with new FW.

If your clutch is worn, replace it also.

Good point,the clutch,pp all bearings are new flywheel is???

do you have the clutch out now?

how does the TO bearing look?

Yes had the tranny out for 2weeks and the entire clutch last week all only have 32 miles on it.t.o still looks like the day I got it. I am gonna order a f.w and it does make sense as what you said. I have no idea the age or how many times it was milled before I had it done.
