Nope

Ok, I'll elaborate. I have a 95' Z with a 3000rpm stall and I'm problem free. You'll be just fine with the range you specified.

I say its a crap shoot! You might ....you might not

My 95 has issues with the 3000 stall. I did not notice it after the cam and heads but when i replaced the fuel pump and injectors because it was starving for fuel .........thats when it happened. Steven

Re: 2800-3000 stall with OBD1 pcm??

The stall will depend on how much power you make. Mine had the common problem..... at the track after stalling it up on the line it would not shift into second and bounce off the rev limiter then go into limp home mode. It actually felt like it left the line in second. On the street it was fine. If you make enough power for a 3000 stall to stall at 3000 then you may have problems.Their are programmers that have a fix for it if you do such as PCMforless. Steven
