alright. took my ta to the local 1/8th track tonight to test out the new setup. i have a brand new STOCK 4 bolt bottom end. ported everything except heads, they were gasket matched. thats it. cc503, 1.6rr, mail order tune, full exhaust. 3.73. built auto with shift kit. eibach springs, lakewood control arms and relo brackets. nitto nt555r STREET TIRES. i have a stall but was unable to use it because i didnt have any DR's. here is the time slip.

i have a 2500 stall that i obviously could not use, i would never hook like that. so thats 2 to 3 tenths right there by its self. (hopefully in the 1.8 range.) and on top of that i spin going into second too so thats a tenth or two there too. this track is 9ft uphill also. it usually runs about 2.4 tenths slower than beech bend. so when i get some drag radials i shouldnt have any problem being in the 8.0 to 8.3 range at beech bend and it was still 68 degrees tonight and 90% humidity! let me know what you all think...
