Finishing my suspension mods - Springs/Shocks, Bags/Sway Bar?
#31
I was planning on running cheapies on the rear, but QA1's on the front. Although if adjustable LCA's are necessary then I need to acquire a set. I just don't want to buy them, set em to stock, and never need them again.

Have to ask,how fast are you running with your car last time out.
My car is daily driver and I am getting 1.47 60 ft times on stock rear springs/shocks and lifting the front 10-11 inches.
I have a set of QA1s that need a rebuild,I have a new set so don't need them.
How fast are you hoping to go.
13.00 as you are
12.00 with QA1s in front and rear drag sway bar
11.00 s?
You need a goal to know what you need to attain it.

Well I'm not sure what to expect from the car this time out. I went from an altitude of under 1000ft to over 4000 feet. Fbody's with similar mods are running mid to low 11's, but like I said, I'm in the rare air out here. The last time I was out I also had a multitude of problems and a different motor.
I'd be willing to ****** up that set of QA1's, what are you looking to get for them? I had a full set I bought from Darkhorse years back, but I lost them to a nasty break up
In good air I'm hoping for low 11's on motor and low 10's with nitrous. The motor is a LE heads and cam 383. I've got a spooled 9" and a 4L80e with a brake. My racing buddy worked professionally in the racing world setting up suspensions so I just want to equip him with the right tools to get up the suspension correctly.
