'93 Z28 1/8th mile times
Just got back from the track not long ago. My '93 ran 8.85@80.48. does this sound about right for my mods?

1.6 rockers
hooker cat-back
hollowed cat
thermomaster chip with 160 stat
Temp was about 80 degrees. I ran at eddyville raceway here in iowa. Anyone ever race there?

I don't know a whole lot about lt1s or ls1s for that matter, but that seems like you should be doing better. How was your launch? What's your altitude? I'm down in Florida where it's always hot and humid.
Check out my info in my sig. I should be running consistant 8.9s (possibly 8.8) now that I fixed a few things.

That is not bad. What were your 60' times? What did you run stock?

thats about what mine ran with similar mods.
i think i hit a few 81mph traps...

stock shortblock, 230/236 cam, mildly ported heads, hooker longtubes, csi waterpump, all the usual bolton stuff.....
7.98 @ 88.7mph 1.84 60' (1/8mi)
