old head needs help

been around a long time but need to know about best programer for friends 95 z-28. Hypertec power tuning module or power programer or ? need some help thanks

hey guys need some help

car is street driven but is just for drag racing. ran low of 8.84 but want to go in the 7's need some help to get it there. Stock as far as I know, rebuilt trans. & 323 rear swap, any help from you pros would be appreciated.

Hypertech is not worth it. There are some good programmers out there. Should be some mentioned in the tech sections, as well as this section. Pcmforless is one.

The Hypertech is a dud, as noted, and there are no other hand-helds. JET and Hypertech make plug-in "modules", but they are useless. A mail order tune is the best bet.... Trifecta, pcmforless, madz28, ed wright, etc.

You can also tune yourself with TunerCats or LT1_Edit OBD-I versions.
