I can confirm on windows 7 that this works on a b body for engine and transmission data. I like it. Great for someone who needs the tool. Cannot get ABS or SIR right now. What would you need to add those two modules for B/D bodies?

I may have missed it, is there a donation link?

Thanks for the feedback Chris!

Realistically, I would need a module for each type to support. I have the data required to write the code without one, but I make so many mistakes that it would be irresponsible to release anything without a rigorous qualification/verification process. I want to minimize the possibility of giving bad data, which could cause a huge waste of somebody's time and effort.

No donation link. Don't really need the money; just doing it for the fame and glory ;-)

Im just curious guys, is this software a code scanner only or can it be used for any tuning or adjustments?

No programming or tuning. But it is more than just a code reader.

Completely understand. If you are willing, i can round up the needed modules and send them to you. I know the Roadmaster and Fleetwood use a 4 channel ABS/TC. It might take me longer to get those. LMK either way.

I'm going to pass on that for now. Just a little too burned out on this one after many months of work. I never really wanted to get into other years or models. That's what the free TunerProRT is for. You may want to ask around some of the forums where that is discussed to see if anyone has created a definition file for those modules. I know that some ABS and SIR modules have been done already.

Here is a possibility: GearHead EFI

And you could check the Tunerpro web site forums also. TunerPro User Forum :: Index

Does anyone have a pin-out diagram for the OBD2 end of the plug? The plug end i purchased just has terminals in which to solder the colored wires to and not actual color coded wires. Thanks!

Here is a photo. Ignore the wire colors in the photo. The black wire goes to pins 4 and 5. This photo shows black and red wires. The green and white wires go to pin 9 (this photo shows yellow). Solder directly to the pins (9) or to the holes (4,5)

The red , blue, and yellow are not used. Try to trim them so that they are not touching each other.

Here is exactly what you can do in the photo below. I finally found it in an old post

If you look closely at the little circuit board, you can see the silver colored tracks going from pin 5 to pin 4 and then to a couple of holes in the center. It is your choice to use either one of the holes (as shown) for the black wire, or to solder to the pin (4 or 5) like is shown for the other (green and white) wires connected to pin 9.

You can't post attachments on this site. You have to upload the file to an FTP site, and post the url for it.

This may sound retarded but will this software work on a 97 lt1 or is it just 94/95?
