Looking at eng2.uni .You don't have enough vacuum your MAP is in the low 80's at idle (25 InHg )w/o a cam s/b down near mid 30's. You also have a DTC 33 saying MAP is high. Your TPS voltage is a little high 0.75 volts . Can't see the fuel mix as you are still in open loop and BLM's are still locked at 128. The trace is only 6 mins after startup and temp is 131 * F , you need 140* to go into closed loop. Your O2's are not switching, probably due to cold engine. Your idle (closed TBS timing is low at 16*, may be due to high TPS voltage. And your IAC is maxed out at 159. So 1.. you have a vacuum problem or a bad MAP sensor. 2- you need to get the aftermarket TB adjusted to lower IAC to near 40 and then get voltage between 0.55 and 0.7 volts. Them make sure you go into closed loop after engine warms up so we can see BLM's data.
