Please look at my datamaster file

It seems I may have a fuel problem since the fuel cell is always yellow. The left o2 sensor reads richer than the right side according to the histogram. Is that normal?

Also the codes are egr and ccp because I removed the emissons equipment.

Re: Please look at my datamaster file

You are a little rich in some cells, worse on the right side. I see some other stuff I would look at first. Your fans are always running, your MAP is high (low vac) for a stock valvetrain. If you have a stock TB then it looks like you have a slight vac leak or your TB stop is opened to much. At record 927 desired RPM is 550 and you are running 600 TPS voltage is good at .57, IAC is at 0 , and closed TPS timing is pulled 4* both trying to slow down the engine. MAP is high at 50 Kpa. I would get the IAC counts up into to 20's-30's range at idle. Have you plugged all the CCP and EGR lines to the manifold and TB. Once idle is set up and you are sure on no header gasket leaks then it looks kike you may have some rich spots that can be fixed using MAF tuning. But that would be the last thing. I would Tune out EGR as it's adding timing when activated. Also the yellow in BLM cell on DataMaster is normal, it's always that color, never figured it out..

I hate these download sites that try to install all kinds of crap before they let you download the file. I don't want a "Download Setup File" or a "Free toolbar installs in seconds."

Thanks Bob I will start looking at the idle problem first.

Injuneer, is there a free file hosting site that you would recommend? I searched and I thought this one was supposed to be one of the better ones out there.

I use dropbox to host files and its free. Sign up below. After it installs if it running windows it creates a dropbox folder in my documents. Just put your share file in the public folder and right click and get link. Then paste that link in the forums.
