Please help!!!!!!

The car is all stock with a rebuilt motor and tranny done in the last 2 years. No mods what so ever. It hasn't been driven much because we can't seem to get it to run right. The car seems to be bogging down or hesitating to shift at 1300-2300 RPM when you accelerate. Speed doesn't seem to make a difference. It also doesn't matter if you slowly accelerate or get on it. The only difference is if you slowly accelerate it doesn't seem to pop through the intake. If you get on it or got to WOT it will pop through the intake and eventually down shift at 2300 rpm and run great. We have been told that the spark advance at 45 degrees when you open the throttle is too far an that the opti is bad. We have also been told that there may be a bad ground but they all check fine.

We have also found that if we unplug the MAP and TPS the car has plenty of power. If one or the other is plugged back in it does the same thing. It doesn't make a difference which one.

Fuel pressure has been checked and it was fine.

Here is a link for a scan that was done yesterday using Scan94/95.

Would someone please look and see if you can see what the problem may be.

We don't know what "normal" should be so looking at the scan has done no good and we can't find a mechanic that knows either.

Thanks for any input and suggestions.

I also have a scan where it was sitting in park if that would be helpful.
