I suspect you meant to type P0430?

P0430 = BANK 2 Catalytic convertor low oxygen storage. The PCM looked at the passenger side after-cat O2 sensor and didn't see the range of O2 values it expect to see, and interpreted that as a bad cat. If you have a cat, it could be the cat, could be the O2 sensor or could be the wiring. Clear the code, swap the two after-cat O2 sensors and see if the code stays on the passenger side (P0430) = faulty cat, or follows the O2 sensor to the drivers side (P0420) = faulty O2 sensor.
