I have a 94 LT1, P600B at 8 lbs., LTCC with LS coils, on and on... While datalogging at the track, I noticed the MAF signal (which is maxed) will spike low while the car stumbles. The O2 readings stay around 950 so it doesn't seem misfire (would think that it would go lean at that point). Does this seem like a faulty MAF? It has the screen removed and I just tried cleaning it with MAF cleaner with no change.
