Re: Looking for 86-92 IROC or Z28
Hey I am selling my 86 IROC for exactly $3000 (plus delivery).
I am bummed, but I had a sudden urgent bill that needs paid gosh darn it!!
Here is the deal:
It is a rolling chassis that is already set up for an LT1 swap. The body could use some paint and a little bodywork, but it's in really nice condition for an 86 (see pics below).
I have done a ton of work on it, and it will have some nice goodies on it for you, such as:
-Brand New struts
-LS1 front brakes
-Proportioning valve for disc braked rear end (look under master cylinder in pic below)
-4th gen master cylinder
-complete and custom true 3.5" cold air intake kit that I designed
-All original 16" IROC wheels in great shape with very new tires on them (only 2,000 miles on the tires)
-relocated battery tray/coolant reservoir and windshield washer reservoir (to clean up the fenderwells nicely under the hood
-relocated 4th gen windshield washer reservoir located in the nose of the car (see pic below)
-4th gen rear end (third gen rear still on the car)--the 4th gen rear is great for swapping Vette wheels onto the car without the need for spacers
-all professionally powdercoated front end parts--k member, a-arms, hubs, spindles, motor mounts, etc.
-Brand New Spohn complete steering linkage kit
-Brand New ball joints
-Energy Suspension bushings up front everywhere
-Professionally redone hood primed and ready for paint
- LT1 Radiator installed with Polished Stainless Steel shroud (in pic below it still has plastic protective sheet on it)
-Remote power steering reservoir custom mounted and remote valve cover breather canister (both polished aluminum)
-a set of all brand new headlights
-redone and painted engine bay
-4th Gen Camaro seats that are in perfect shape
-Brand New Windshield
Also, I will have an LT1 engine for sale soon....it's a 383 stroker LT1 and it will be priced at around $3500
Anyway, please let me know if you or anyone you know are interested, and I will share a lot of pictures of it with you.
