Chrome salad shooters were ONLY available in '96...no ifs, ands or buts. They were listed as a new feature in the "New Car 1996" issues of Motor Trend and Automobile back in the day.

To the OP, if they're original, then they'll be an option on the window sticker you claim to have. Have a look

I guarantee they aren't listed. Sorry to get off topic, but just wanted to clarify for people who may be curious.
