1994 Z28 6spd Forged 351ci LT1

Clean, low mileage, nice Z28

These LT1's are getting harder to find in nice shape. This car has never been wrecked and has ZERO rust. Never driven in the winter and garaged most of it's life.

1994 Z28
6spd
Hardtop
Red Exterior
Dark grey cloth interior
83k miles

Mods:
-351ci forged LT1 8.8:1 compression
-Eagle 4340 forged crank (3.48" stroke)
-Eagle 4340 forged H-beam rods (5.7")
-TRW forged pistons (21cc dish)
-Crane 214/222 cam
-stock heads w/valvejob
-Meziere HD electric waterpump
-McLeod clutch
-B&M Ripper shifter
-FLP 1 3/4" ceramic coated longtubes
-FLP Y-pipe w/3 sets of interchangable combo's (hi-flow cats, dummy cat's, and off road pipes)
-4" merge collector on Y-pipe
-3" Borla stainless catback
-QTP electric cutout in Borla
-3.73 gears
-Spohn adjustable PHB
-Spohn LCA relocation brakets (welded in)
-Competition Engineering subframe connectors
-new GM opti
-Crane Hi-6 ignition box
-Eibach ProKit front springs (lowered 1.5")
-LG motorsports rear springs (lowered 1.5")
-GM 17" 5-spoke SS wheels
-Nitto N555 tires (275/40-17) w/80% treadlife

This is a great foundation for a supercharged or turbo application. There are a few imperfections, but nothing significant by any means. No paint chips, dents, scrapes, etc.. Just the occasional very light scratch here and there. The front bumper cover was repainted at some point and looks fantastic....perfect color match. The interior is CLEAN! Non-smoker, no funky smells

Hey Jason,

I have a friend who may be interested in this car. How many miles are on the re-built motor?

Hey Kiel,
I acutally just pulled the motor out of the car yesterday since I didn't have much interest in the car. I am not entirely sure what motor I am going to put back in it, but I am leaning towards a stock one with a small cam. If your buddy wants the car, I would be happy to put it back together how he would want it.

Thanks, Jason

Jason,

He would want the forged motor in it because he is looking to run a blower.

How many miles are on the forged motor?

We would obviously make sure he was definitely buying before you went through the work of putting the forged motor back in.

Kiel, I wish he would have been interested a little sooner....I sold the forged motor already.

joshdj34, I am not 100% sure on price yet.....probably somewhere around $5k.

Thanks, Jason

Jason,

Can I get some more pictures sent to HayabusaZ28@yahoo.com? How much with a fresh stock LT1 with a small cam? Very interested; especially since it's a hard-top 6-speed car. Thanks. Scott

Guys,
It looks like I am going to put a stock motor in it with a GM 845 cam (214/222). This is the cam that was in the forged motor I pulled out of it. I'll deck the heads and put a thinner headgasket on it to raise the compression up some. I may even touch up the bowls and chambers on the heads for a little extra power.

I am going to put it up for $5000 and it should be ready in about 10 days.

Thanks, Jason

The new motor is in the car and it will be finished tomorrow. It's a H/C LT1 that makes right around 400rwhp. I'm going to start a new thread tomorrow or Wednesday and put it up for $5500.

Thanks, Jason

The new thread has been posted with pictures. I priced it at $5700 and included a few extra parts.
