Garage Find sitting in a garage since 1996, 20 years. It didn't look great and didn't run but I saw the potential. I purchased and fixed it to great running condition, the paint came out great (better than expected). I thought I would give you guys a 1st choice at it before it goes to e-bay.
Vin# 2G1FP22PR2173422 (see rpo Pic) This is a completely rust free car. It has a few slight dings and even though it got a original equipment fuel pump module assy the fuel gauge still is not accurate. I own the Ac Delco Professional Service Center all the repairs where done at and all original parts where used. This car has no Modifications except the roll cage. it has had some track time in drivers schools but never raced. I see the repair invoice didn't come threw that well so.
It got the tank removed and cleaned, new fuel pump module, new opti spark, wires and plugs, new water pump, fuel filter, new battery, new tires, wiper blades, windshield and headliner and of course a oil change. 4542.42 total service preformed within the last 50 miles.

Sorry for not knowing this car is not a copo car but a 1LE option car that was 1 of 114 car that was built for police, showroom stock, autocross, called a pre prep package for the Motorola cup and firehawk series.

I'm going to alter your topic title, since it is misleading. As further info in 1994 there were 135 cars built with the 1LE option (ref: Camaro White Book). The 1LE option was not restricted, anyone could order it. And 1LE is not related to the B4C Special Services Package which was limited to police and other public service entities. 668 B4C options were sold.

There were a limited number of Camaro's built for spec racing. Not sure if Bill Mitchell Special Vehicles was still building them.

Obviously a roll bar installed in a production car would not be sold to the public.

I think you need to research a bit more, and cite your documentation.
