1994 Camaro Z28 for Sale $4500

I am selling my 1994 Camaro for $4500 or it goes to 'Cash for Clunkers'. This is a nice car and very fast. Only raced it twice on Friday nights time trials at Cecil County, Md. and ran 13.20's. The last update on the car was a rebuilt A4 with high performance parts and 2200 rpm convertor about 4,000 miles ago. With the updated trans and convertor it should run 13.10's or better. It will spin the tires in second gear. There is no rust on this car. Send PM with phone number if interested.

find the pictures on your computer and upload them to photobucket or whatever picture hosting site floats your boat. post the "HTML code" here which will show up automatically as a picture once the post is submitted for all of us to see and gawk at

New pictures are added to the original post

I just took the above pictures. As you can see the car is very stock appearing and the paint is in good shape. One thing I did not add to my signature were internal engine mods. I have added 1.6 Comp Roller Rockers and LT4 springs, retainers and valve seals. I also port matched the heads to the intake manifold. The throttle body has been massage for better flow and tuned so the throttle plate opens to a full 90 degrees to the port opening. I have owned this car for 8 years and put on about 10,000 miles. At that time I did these mods I also added a new water pump, replaced the cap and rotor on the Opti-Spark (resealed it), added new Champion spark plugs and MSD wires and high output coil. I installed the Corvette LT4 anti-knock sensor. If you need any more information please feel free to ask.
I am looking to buy a new car and the goverment will give me $4500 in the 'Cash for Clunckers' program. Looks like I get a bailout too if you do not buy it. Either way I get the money, so get a good car for a good price.

Nice profile of your car. Is the price is negotiable.

The price is not negotiable because the goverment will bail me out to the tune of $4500. Either you can have it for that price or the government. It does not matter to me. I personally would like it to go to someone who will care for it like I have over the years. It's a nice reliable car. Check my other posts in this thread. It will give you insight into what this car actually has in it. Good stuff for a good price.

FYI, I am not certain this car is eligible for the CARS program. I thought the fuel economy of Z28s were "too good". This may be for M6 cars only. Have you checked?

BTW, I agree with those that have commented against this program. You and I are "the government" and we are going to have to pay for this cr@p someday.

Its a shame that dealers are required to destroy the engines of clunkers. There should be some sort of hobbyiest exception.

This car is eligible for the Cask for Clunkers program. The goverment says it gets 18 mpg. Of coarse you and I both know these cars do not get this mileage. It's less than 18 mpg by the way.
