Baby steps...

Hey fellas, anyone know how to remove the rear speakers from a 97 convertible? At a quick glance, it looks rather difficult. I have decided to keep the factory tape deck (yes, I know it is lame & I cannot push any power with it) because I like the look of the factory unit & I just plug on of those tape adapters in & plug my Ipod into it. I don't want to **** of the neighbors, just want to hear the music while cruising with the top down.
