Arrow 93 Custom Car Audio

I want to replace my entire stock setup and am looking for ideas. Im kind of on a budget and wanna build up over time. So I guess for now, I was thinking of replacing my head unit only. With the Pioneer deh-p860mp.

Now, can I do this and still keep the BOSE speakers? Will my sound system pretty much still sound the same, or will the new head unit help to provide just a tad bit better sound if anything?

In theory, I just want a cd player (my biggest concern) because my BOSE head unit stopped playing cd's like 2 years ago.

How much do you want to spend?

I do not know if the Bose speakers will be affected by a head unit swap or not.
