My daughter has a 99 V6 Camaro, nice driver, has a small problem. we loose 12vdc to the power window CB and the stereo fuse, both located lower right in the interior fuse block. they appear to get their mainline voltage from somewhere on a light blue heavy wire. I want to know where that voltage comes from, I have a 95 wiring diagram, it shows the fuses I speak of, in front of the relays, switches, and RAP(retained accessory power)
Although the wiring color is different it appears to have the same function.
I know, for a fact. that these 2 fuses in this car a bussed together in the fuse block, their power source comes from another spot in the car. there is bad connection somewhere north of the fuse block, have verified that with a test light, very intermittent. Not interested in any hacking theory.

OK, thanks for the help, I found it, bad Body control module.
I re-soldered a bad/cracked connection on one of the relays......
fixed
