SPEED#1

I had bought a set of headers and y pipe from black96low and he says last week thursday he shipped them out. But he never got back to me with a tracking number and he is avoiding me in every way. He logged in yesterday as you can see below and before that time I had sent him 2 messages. Basically both of them telling him that he had 48hrs to send me a track number on the item or I will make a dispute against him. He never answered me and yet he logged in last night but still NO track number or response.
He first wanted a money order or western union, I told him NO then 2 weeks later he opened a paypal. I figured well atleast now im safe and I sent him the cash,NOT as a gift either. Just a regular payment and Im yet to hear from him since thursday of last week. If anyone knows him tell him to send me back my money or send my parts with a track number!!!

I agree he should communicate better, but it's only been 4 business days since he claims they were shipped. With a large package like that, and depending on the carrier and his location, it may take 5-6 days.
If all else fails, at least you can file a claim through Paypal.

Ive been ripped off by the OP it seems....so has a fellow camaro owner and armed forces service man that is stationed in IRAQ.... that is real shady man
