F-Bodyworld.com Vendor Help

Last week I purchased a set of Spohn control arms from this site. A friend had purchased a hood through them so I gave it a shot. So far, I have not had any communication from them about the purchase. I've sent 3 emails that have gone unanswered and left 2 voicemails after finding 3 different phone numbers that I've called and still no reply. Jon Massaro is the owner operator. The phone number works but there is no voice mail set up. The other 2 numbers work but they go to a voicemail. I left 2 messages and tried 3 email addresses.

Does anybody know Jon Massaro or have experience with his site
F-Bodyworld.com that can help me out? I just spent $398 for Spohn front lower control arms and I think I may have been scammed.

I absolutely do not want to flame him or his company, I just want to get this worked out or at least get a line of communication going to get the parts I ordered or receive a refund.

Re: F-Bodyworld.com Vendor Help

Never heard of it before.

Odd thing is the website shows the business is in Cape Coral, FL. But his LinkedIn listing shows:

https://www.linkedin.com/in/jonmassaro
Hammonton, New Jersey - ‎Owner and Operator at F-Body World LLC
Also on Facebook:

https://www.facebook.com/pages/F-Bod...47623941962391

BusinessFinder-NJ shows:

http://businessfinder.nj.com/f-body-...monton-nj.html

Appears business has been around for a while, since I found a single complaint on one site dating from several years ago. But there was little info on the complaint.

Re: F-Bodyworld.com Vendor Help

That's about what I have found. He has done business selling parts and 1 complaint. A friend of mine bought a ram air hood from him about 2 years ago with no problem. He still hasn't responded to any inquiries. I'm still giving it the benefit of the doubt that the parts could be coming, albeit, very slowly.

Re: F-Bodyworld.com Vendor Help

So I've found the business has been around for over 5 years with some inconsistencies. He has done business selling parts although I did find 1 complaint of a similar nature to mine.
So I know other people have done business with him. Anybody that can help would be greatly appreciated.

Re: F-Bodyworld.com Vendor Help

I'm just hoping that it's all an awful misunderstanding or miscommunication. I just want to know the parts are coming or issue a refund, either way no harm-no foul. All 3 numbers are working. One has no voicemail, the other two ring and go to voicemail. When I tried to call them again yesterday though, both lines rang and then the calls were rejected saying
"user-busy" which is giving me a bad feeling. I know it's cliche but I want to give the benefit of the doubt. S**T happens to everyone and I understand that.

Re: F-Bodyworld.com Vendor Help

*UPDATE* So I finally heard back from my CC and I will receive a credit within 10 days. They will even take care of investigating the website and follow up with any legal action if it deemed appropriate depending on what they find. I will put up a separate post to warn others of Him and his website.
Thanks for all the advice.
