I bought rear speakers and covers from this guy named Jared Convertito on 10-27 and still have not received them. He swears they went out on 11/2, which is the last time I heard from him. Communication was poor in the beginning, now he won't answer my emails or give me a tracking number. I just googled his name and he's been on another site for 3rd gen. camaros scamming tons of other people. He claims he works 60 hours a week and is "too busy" to ship out parts. I call bull**** on this guy, and I think i'll never see my speakers. Guess it's a $40 "lesson learned" for me. This guy is a crook, don't send him any money, you'll never see the parts.

I'm finding that it's just best to buy new instead of taking the chance of getting ripped off. Try using an escrow site if you buy from folks online.

I think that guy is an hour or so away from me up in the Tampa area. always has TONS of cars hes parting out on craigslist if Im thinking of the right guy. Ive called hiim about a T56 before. Just never went up to buy it.

Wow, i'm amazed to see how many people he is ripping off. Too bad I don't live closer. I'd pay his *** a visit to see exactly what the hell he thinks he is trying to get away with. I'll probably never see the damn speakers...at least i'm only out $40, not hundreds or thousands. I googled his name yesterday and he comes up as some sort of scam artist. He is also on another 3rd generation site ripping people off over there too. I can't understand how he can just keep doing this and keep getting away with it. When are people going to catch on "once a crook always a crook". I guess i'll get my speakers somewhere else, IN PERSON.

I really don't want to be involved in a dispute between you guys, but if this is true, you may want to warn others on the parts for sale page, as this same seller is trying to sell a transmission for $1500. Like I said, I don't want to get involved, but if it were me buying a $1500 part I'd want to know what you guys experienced.

cam91rs1 or Jared Convertito got me for $55 when he sold me a stereo. Before he got my money he answered all my PM's fast after he got the money it got sketchy and finally nothing. He kept saying he PM'd me the tracking # which I never got. After all this I started doing searches on the net and I found many people taken by this guy.
