96m6lt1 bad deal. Ignores messages

I bought a pair of tail lights advertised to be in great shape. Upon receiving the well packaged lights, the driver side had a crack on the black portion. ( Not visible in the pictures) The crack allowed water and moisture in and left a big stain on the inside of the reverse lamp. (The circular mark that can be seen in his picture)
He has ignored messages day after day. Paypal dispute has been opened, and he has not responded. All I asked for was 50% refund. This light is garbage and I need to order another one.
You see good feedback on here from a person, so you trust them..and then they screw you.
