Ok I have a 95 lt1 z28 that had stock exhaust . I did a lot of research on catbacks and found texas speed and performance 3" rumbler catback was about the cheapest bang for the buck . Although its designed for 98-02 ls1 cars the said it would work with little modifications. So I read probably 60 forums that all said u need an extension pipe that slp sold as a kit which is now discontinued . Upon arrival of catback I bolted up to see what pipe I'd be short I noticed that the stock catback had the pipe I needed.. No one on any forum I read mentioned this . I simple cut of around 2' of from the flange that bolts to the cat and it fits perfectly in place to the 3" catback used the supplied clamps and all done , this exhaust sounds pretty good not to loud but noticeable. So if anyone with same setup needs info hit me up I can glady send pics
