Corvette C7 Animation

This company did a pretty good job, high quality. I just hope they got the Corvette's rear wrong.

Re: Corvette C7 Animation

Looks too foreign to me.
Hope the real one looks more American and more like a Vette.

Re: Corvette C7 Animation

Seems to match all the "spy" photos and illustrations. I'm more impressed with the animation though.

I think it looks badass. It looks like another evolution to me, looks like a corvette...

Agreed. It definitely looks more Corvette than foreign.

Wonder why he didn't go with a 2-year registration on the license plates. No one likes going to the DMV more than they have to.

Because the animators are from at state like California that doesn't have 2-year registrations?

Re: Corvette C7 Animation

Is anyone else getting sick of LED Christmas lights in every new car's headlights?

They make OK driving lights, and they are practical, but they are also an upscale sale/styling gimmick, and yeah, I am already sick of them and was wondering if others are too. Since I've been an EE for years, LEDs aren't high tech to me, but the masses still think they are something fancy.

Re: Corvette C7 Animation

Nice animation. The rear end looks far too Camaro'ish. Don't think it will look like that. But the nose, front fenders and hood look about like what the spy shots seem to show.

Re: Corvette C7 Animation

Fortunately this is from random people not connected to GM, and is just a composite of various speculative drawings.

If the rear has "Camaro" tail lights I would be pretty unhappy. Let's stick with Corvette style and not go Camaribu.

Re: Corvette C7 Animation

To me it just doesn't look like a corvette. Still looks cool, though.

Wouldn't you say the Camaro's tail lights are Corvette like? Its kind of a chicken and egg thing if you ask me.

Well no, I wouldn't quite say that. Camaro has rhomboid lights. Even when Corvette had more squarish lights (C4) they have always been rounded and closer to circular. Just having 4 red tail lights isn't exactly Corvette, even if that is sort of what they were going for on Camaro. But even so, if you look at a '68 Camaro it has nearly square tail lights. Actually it wouldn't be all that different from a '67 either.
