Im gonna have to say good-bye to you V6 guys!! I have moved on to the LS1. The swap will begin on April 4 and end around the end of April. You guys have really helped me out!!

Who makes your tail lamp blackouts and could you give me a link? I like those also do they have front black outs to match?

If California wasn't so darn strict, I'd be joining you. I can't get around the stupid emissions laws. I bought a bunch of stuff ahead of time without knowing what I was getting into. I've got a BRAND NEW LS1 radiator if you need one.;) Congrats on your swap. You will come back to see us once in a while I hope? At least to post some pictures of the finished product. I think I already have a buyer for the Whisper Lid (which is the only thing not transferable between the 6 and 8.

I think Ill call it "The Hybrid Camaro"

But I mean if someone asks me, I want to say its an SS so bad bc its got the LS1, its got the SS Hood, SS Spoiler, most of the suspension has been upgraded.....so I dunno. Guys with an SS seem to get more respect that Z28 guys.
Not to sound conceited at all but, I think I deserve a decent amount of respect seeing as I have taken this from a nearly totalled V6 and transformed it into an LS1 with the SS looks.

You guys with 3.8s and 3.4s who have taken a considerable amount of time off your et like Tiago and Nino, just to name a few I know kahuona and bliggada (sp.) have done some work too:cool: I will always tip my hat to you V6 guys!!:bow:

Im gonna try not to be like some V8 guys who think they are better than everyone else bc I know one day, Ill be beat by a 3.8 and prolly even tiagos almighty 3.4 liters of terror:bow:

I just dont know whether to call it a Z28 or an SS to the average Joe. Now to a F or Y body guy, its a LS1 thats was once a V6, but to the average person I think I should say SS:cool:
