97 LT1 4LE Trans Bolts is there a Removal Trick?

Im helping my buddy do it and Im used to 3rd gens since they are a breeze, but I got both tops off and both bottoms but the middle ones have really no clearence to be removed. Should the trans be down, up, is there any tricks?

Make sure the tranny is lowered as far as it can go for the top ones. For the bottom it was easier for me when the tranny was all the way up.

You may need to use a couple feet of extentions to get to the top ones also....I had too.

Oh believe me I know about lowering it and the huge 3 feet extensions, its getting the swivel clearance against the firewall.

One tip I made up is if your swivel keeps going limp, duck tape it, its still tight but can flex.

I used a craftsman ratcheting wrench on the middle ones worked great.
