hi UFC guys

I'm gonna be over in the Orlando/UCF area tomorrow (thurs). Going to college there next year and my pops wants to show me around (where he grew up, things to do).

I'll be in my pewter Z28 with t-tops and dark tint. Don't know how many there are like this over there. :D It'll be hard to meet up with anyone, but if you see me give me a honk, rev, wave, or whatever. I just want to know how many of you guys there really are. ;)

Any things I should check out in the area? I've already been around the campus a few times, don't really want to see that again.

There are lots of us, maybe 10-15 that go to UCF.

Thanks for the link! I knew there were some, but not that many fbody guys at UCF. That's pretty cool.

I started parking on the 3rd floor of the newest garage, (North garage), facing away from the campus. Last semester I got a bunch of other fbodies to start parking up there next to me, hopefully we can get this going again and you are welcome to line up as well. :D

Good to hear that you're coming to UCF, it's a great school and environment to pursue your education.

There's really not much to check out around the area. It's basically a section of town geared towards college students, after living here for a while, what seemed cool at first just becomes commonplace after a while. Definitely go to downtown Orlando and CityWalk when you're a student here.

I agree. What about if we all parked together in that front section of the VAB parking lot once in a while?

I suggested that area because it's a pretty high traffic area, and we'll definitely get noticed there.:cool:

Update: I met a guy who is moving down here for school who has a black 69 Z28 with a really lopey cam. He was at Pegasus landing about 2:30 today. He seems like a cool f-body nut with a rollcage. Also there is a 96 firehawk (Rare) in the mealplan parking lot adjacent to the garage. :cool:

In the West Garage (next to the education building), there is a MINT black late model Firehawk and a Grand National.:cool:

Sounds good. Is that SLP day this Saturday? Maybe I'll make it down there if I get off work on time.

I was thinking we could all park together in the morning. I know you all won't want to get up early, but seeing how everyone has different schedules after school, meeting in the morning and parking together like twice a month might seem like an idea.

Are you guys plannign like a small get together liek the one we had 3 weeks ago?
