OSW sucks! grrr!

i drove all the way out there tonight and when i get there a cop tells me that drags were canceled tonight for part of the gatornationals, but we can go watch for free. so was like cool, i pull in and another guy tells us they are closed, they just finished.. at 6pm!

this sucks i checked the osw website before i left just to make sure they were running tonight too.

and i don't think the cop told me the right information either.. i think they must have been making up the florida nationals from last weekends rain out... why the hell would they hold gatornationals at such a ****ty track?

anyone else go out tonight?

Huh? Gatornationals are this weekend in Gainesville....

i know, but the cop told me it gatornationals.. maybe he just got mixed up and said gatornational instead of florida national

Actually when I checked, the gator nationals had so many entries that they took the slower cars down to OSW, roughly a few hundred is the number I heard, and ran qualifying there. After that the quick 32 would be brought back to Gainesville for the final elims. The track is usually crappy, unless it is professionally prepared by the crew from the NHRA in Gainesville. Wish they did that every week.

So yes the cop was right.

damn, in that case i wish i was there earlier so i could watch.. for free.
