ok, I got some NGK TR-55's what should I gap them at, I'm currently using a stock ignition.
Also, I'm getting a harlan window switch. It has 4 wires:
1 switched 12 volt is easy
1 ground easy
1 tach input, where can I get this? off of the ecm? what wire/bundle does it come from
1 switched ground? what part of the kit do I wire this into? the ground for the relay or what?

Tach input comes from the coil. If you go to the coil, you will see there is a connector that plugs into it. There are two wires that go into the connecto. One is pink the other one is green I believe. It could be different due to age of wires. Splice into the green wire.
As far as grounding, you can ground under the hood. You should see plenty other grounds and you can simply add your ground to the others.

Oh, you wanted the switched ground...oops.
That would be the wire that you would have frounded from the relay on your nitous system. On the NX kit, the ground wire is white. Instead of grounding that wire, I send it to my window switch which grounds it automatically between certain rpms.

Hey Jason, I hope things are going better for you lately. :(
If you're going to be spraying 100+ I suggest you take back your plugs for some TR6s, or Autolite 104s. You'll probably want one step colder for that amount of n2o.
With a stock ignition, I'd probably gap around .036-.038.

Ild go with a colder plug like a TR6 or an autolite 104 and gap at .038-.040

i thought the tr55's were the nitrous plugs, but i guess i'll exchange them for the tr6s.

I was told that the Autolite 104 were platinum plugs. I got the 103s. Tell me I got the right ones, because I really dont want to return these again.

104s are not platium, which can be seen pretty easily. I believe the 103s are one step colder than the 104s (so two steps colder than stock), but I'm not for sure.
I do know that the 104s are copper, and work great with n2o.
