Subframe Connectors on my 80

I am intrested in putting some on on my 80. Is it worth it? I know it helps from twisting and keeping it straight. How do you know if your car is twisted or starting to twist?

SFC's make a huge difference. It really helps to solidify the feel of the car. Mine has Competition Engineering SFC's welded-in. They connect the front and rear subframes to make a basically full-framed car.

I too have the comp eng weld on sub frame connectors and they made a huge difference at the track.

what are some good ones, and whats the $$$ for them... time for installation???

Competition Engineering makes some good ones, I used the weld on ones, took about 45 min to get them on. They cost about $100

Agreed, get the CE units. Good price, they fit, weld them in. Welding in SFC's gives the car that granite-like solid feel.
