Bose HU to aftermaket amp...?

Can I use the output from my factory 96 Bose HU to an aftermaket amp and speakers ?

Any tips....do you know which wires are the left and right channels to use as inputs for the amp?

i dunno if ls1 are different but post some colors on here and ill find out what is what....
