These suckers are big. From just a quick look I think it's major surgery to the core support, or I could cut the end (fog light) off the housing. Cutting the glass lens/housing well be a pita, but it can be done. The track opens in nine days so this project is going on the back burner for a while. I'll keep you posted. If anyone wants a photo with dimensions, pm me.

If you have the dual projectors lined up and centered in the opening, how many inches (Approx.) does the center part overhang the opening ?

Also are the reflectors metal and are the units glass in the front or plastic ? ?

I'll get some photos today and pm them to you. The front lens is glass. With the lens centered it looks like 1/2 to 1/3 of the inner fog light well be covered by the bumper cover and part of the core support near the radiator well need trimming. Looks like the front of the lens well project out two inches futher than oem, unless you severly cut the core support behind the headlights.
All aiming screws are part of the housing.
I don't mind hacking the header bar, or the headlight housing, but I'm reluctent to take the sawsall to my SS.
The refecters looked like mental but I didn't really check, I'll stick a pen magnet in and find out.

So the only stuff you have to cut would be plastic and reversible correct ?

I can't picture how you could possibly have to hack into much with all that open space... maybe that is because I am thinking of putting them as far forward as possible, however.
