Kind of a far shot but you get the idea he was out at slp day in texas. The ones in the pic are 18's
iamsparc 03-14-2003, 03:55 PM I thought they only made them in 17's? Where can you find them in 18's?
-Mike
FLyinlow89 03-14-2003, 05:19 PM I dont get any super deal on them. I get them for $199 Canadian each for polished. which is like $120 american. But they are ONLY available in 17x8". That pic of the Camaros actually looks like C5 wheels.
iamsparc 03-14-2003, 05:34 PM 120 american IS a good deal. I haven't looked TOO expensively, but the best price I've seen is 209. I need to find them for $120!!!!!!! Anybody know where I can find a good deal on these?!
-Mike
Caged Monkey 03-14-2003, 08:01 PM $120 a piece is a awsome deal! Please post where you are getting them... I seriously need a new set of wheels. I am on some ghetto a** wheels that someone put on the car I bought... they blow!
FLyinlow89 03-14-2003, 08:03 PM I get them from a shop here in Ontario called Tire World. they are in a city called Brampton.
Red97LT1 03-14-2003, 08:49 PM Not $120.00,but kind of close. Check here>>>>>>>

iamsparc 03-16-2003, 09:08 AM 17 x 8 seems tall and skinny. Even the factory SS wheels are wider than that. Hmm...I dunno know bout these bad boys.

I wouldnt call them tall. But ya, they are kinda skinny. But, This is why they're cheap. I can afford them easily and they arent on everyother fbody like ss wheels or z06 wheels or whatever. Heres more pics I found of that same car. Though they are 8", they fill the wheel well better than a WS6 wheel well

iamsparc 03-16-2003, 10:47 AM I dunno...I'm just weighing my options. Seems like for chrome, these series 185's are gonna run maybe 210-240. For a set, that makes them $840, although you might catch a deal for a set @ $750 or so for the set. Seems to me that some chrome repro Y2K C5 wheels may be a better route to go. I mean...you can pretty much get those for the same price...and it's wider although by a mere .5 inch. LOL! :) I don't really guess a quarter inch on either side really makes a difference. Too many darned options!

rob96TA 03-17-2004, 06:07 PM Anyone got any pics of these wheels on a LT1 Trans am.
mvnatedog 03-17-2004, 09:36 PM I just put a set of these on my Camaro last week, I'll try to put some pics up tomorrow, if somebody wants to see them...
I got mine for $550 shipped off of eBay. They're 17x8, polished (not chrome :( ). I think they look great though! They kind of look like the wheels off of the C6 Vette.

FLyinlow89 03-18-2004, 03:01 PM I want something wider and maybe 18". I would love to get something in 18x1o or 11, like TT11s or HP Racing rims. I can also get 18x10 Borbet type TDs or cheap. 11" ZR-1s are also a possibility. I lvoed them on my z28.
thanks for the comments on my GTA:)
