Give LS1 Speed a call. They have all the necessary parts and can help you in choosing what you'll need for your application. Also, their website has all the parts listed in case you wanted just the part numbers. I ordered all of my header accesories from them and had them delivered in around 3 days.

If your hooking up your AIR on each side/front of headers it takes (2) 3/8" to 1/2" male to male standard thread fittings. The EGR on the driver side underneath bolts in direct no fittings needed. Also on the 02 extensions, my understanding is that most don't want to pull the wire out of the factory looms to stretch & reach the 02 bungs at the collectors. I'm planning to just cut/splice & add wire for mine.

This is per Todd at JetHot, good luck let me know how it goes? Mine will be here next Tues . I'm doing a custom ypipe with (2) 3" FlowTech cutouts right after the collectors and nocats with the existing 3" Borla.

OTVC kit from Thunder Racing
Taylor Heat Sleeves to be safe
8 NGK TR55 spark plugs
1 inch long Stage 8 header bolts part # 8911-A
Felpro 1406 header gaskets
2 - 2 foot o2 extension or make your own
Roll of Heat tape
1 - 12x12 sheet of adhesive backed heat shielding for the heater box, and starter.
mufflex y-pipe or custom made y-pipe from your local muffler shop
pair of new 02 sensors
Zip ties, oil filter, oil, dielectric grease, anti-seize compound, roll of convoluted tubing, crimp connections, and nuts/bolts of various types to connect the EGR.

Hope that helps.
