Okay I have a black car, now one of the downsides to a black car is you can see every little swirl mark and scratch. Does the Z5 zaino get rid of these scratches as well as it claims. Im directing this ? to people with a black or dark colored car. Did it really eliminate scratches or is it just BS?

I have a black 96 camaro and I have the exact same problem, well, used to. I'm a perfectionist and I can't stand any swirl marks. I haven't tried the Z-5 yet but it's not an abbrasive so I don't know how deep a scratch it will remove. However, zaino also sells 3M Perfect It Swirl Remover (For dark colours) Product number 39009, that is an abbrasive and it works perfectly. I was really amazed at how well it worked, I didn't think it would live up to its description, but it did. So I suggest that for your car, just put some on a clean cotton cloth and rub back and forth on the affected area untill it is dry. Then use a clean part of your cloth and rub it off (if it's dry you should hear a squeeking sound while rubbing it off) Keep doing this untill the scratches are gone, or at least very minimal.

Zaino does not sell 3M Scratch and Swirl Remover #39009, that is a 3M product that can be purchased from a store like Pep Boys. Z-5 will NOT remove scratches, it fills them over time and makes light scratches disappear, if after a few applications your swirls or scratches are still there you need to use an abrasive product like 3M Scratch and Swirl Remover, this can be applied by buffer or hand

On the Canadian Zaino order form you can order 3M Swirl remover for light coloured cars and for dark coloured cars. Maybe on the American form you can't.

That is your distributor adding that to his product line, Zaino does not sell 3M products, we do tell a lot of people to use 3M products for scratch and swirl removal. :)
