How much will a stock ls1 take?

I guy I work with bought a brand new M3 and is selling his NOS kit. (he returned his camaro to stock and sold it) I can pick this whole thing up for $75 and it even has a about a half bottle left. I have never used nitrous before, but at this price, I think I might have to. Anyway, I have a few questions. This setup can be run from 75-150 hp shot. I have an A Stock 69 camaro that I get all my racing done with. My 00' Z convert 6 speed is bone stock except except for a whisper induction kit. If I put this on the 00', I'll probaly use it a couple times just to check it out, but after that, maybe a couple times a year, as I don't race much on the street. So, what kind of shot can I safely use without worrying about damaging the engine? My main concern is not wrecking anything, not how fast it goes. TIA to anyone who replies.

Thanks 94z and stik6shift. ANybody else? Yep, it's gonna go on the 00. Spraying's a big no-no in Stock Eliminator. If I pulled that and got caught caught, I'd probably get a beating at the track. It would be fun to throw a big shot on there and see what it would run though.......

A 100 shot will be fine. But trust me, once you spray. You are going to want more.

Alright. Thanks for the input guys. I think I'll go with 75 just to be on the safe side.

Seriously a 100 shot won't hurt the motor at all, you'll be fine with it.
