Smile Timeslip within, do these #s seem good for my mods?

Ok, the car is a 6spd and I know my 60ft. could be better, but this year I'll have Nittos so we'll see what happens. This run was with mid 60 degree weather, and calm wind. So what do you guys think. Mods are in sig.

Aaron

60ft-----------> 2.107

1/8 mile------> 8.559@84.683

1/4 mile------> 13.164@107.035

Have you dynoed your car yet? I'm just curious what kind of hp you're putting down cause I have almost the exact same setup and will be getting the hotcam this month. Times look good, hopefully the dr's will get you into the 12's.

I think you should be at the very least 315-320 with the M6, tuning, hotcam, headers, and other bolt ons. That's just based on what I've read on here though...I sure hope I get more than 300-305.

I dont think that you are going to be quite that high on your RWHP. I would say 280-290 RWHP would be a better guess.
As you are already aware its your 60 foot that is keeping you from hitting 12's. Hit a 1.9xx 60 foot and kiss a 12.9xx time slip.
But I must say thats a nice time with just those few mods.

Im sure its running more then 280-290hp. I dont know if that would be enough to trap 107mph. And trey, your just a freak thats all...

Yea I would say that was one hell of a motor to run those times with those mods. Oh well, I think what you have now is just a tad bit better anyhow..

I'd figure your mph to be a little higher since you've got a cam and all.

Running the same/similar mods as you (Only no hotcam - factory cam) ~ I ran a 12.8@108. Jordon squeezed in a 12.7@108 w/ the same thing.

Hmm...maybe my car is just a dog? Or maybe track conditions? Is it possible that some tracks run faster then others? I've never been anywhere else than the same track.

What's your altitude?? That has a big factor ..

We race @ the Texas Motorplex - about 600' above sea level. This time of year is great for density altitiude though.
