As MikeLS already knows, I bought a 2003 Ford Ranger Edge 4x4 on Saturday.
It's white.
But more importantly not BLACK. As you all with black coloured cars/trucks know what a pain it is. Well, just this lunch hour, I went home and rinsed it off, no soap, just used the pressure of the hose nozzle and it was enough to make it look great.
What a glorious day!:D

Ya, the only thing I've disliked so far about white is what it looks like with road salt on it... but other than that, it hides the dirt pretty well, and it's virtually impossible to see swirlies and stuff...

Great Jeff, Big congrats!!! :D Glad it all worked out for you!
If anyone fought a harder battle with black paint, it was you, so you're forgiven by the detailing Gods! :p As you've already seen, you will mostly likely love how easy white paint is to keep looking pretty sharp. Like Darth says, it sure won't show the swirlies as bad, but with a good waxing/polishing it can still look great too, obvioulsy not "as" good as a cleaned up Black, but good nonetheless.
Are ya gonna use this truck to try some new products or stick with Zaino? Heck if it's THAT easy to clean, I'm afraid you might not use anything, hehehe. :p
Yes, brother, it's a glorious day! We rejoice with you!! :D

I really didn't expect the salt to appear such a dark shade of brown as it did. I knew it would get dirty, but I was expecting a lighter shade of brown. At least it rinsed off easy enough.
On a side note, I would love to see how vehicles would appear if the town didn't salt the roads all winter.

My SUV's are usually white because they stay looking clean much longer. ;)

It's so easy that I'm just going to stand in my driveway and hose it off, in a similar fashion to Randy Quaid (Eddy) in Christmas Vacation when his sh*tter was full.
