Do you have brake dust pitting too?

I have brake dust pitting on my chrome rims and there is absolutely nothing I can do about it. They are washed every week and each week I find more and more.

Please tell me Im not the only one....if yours do also please post.:(

How often do you polish/wax your chrome wheels? I have chrome wheels on all four of my cars and SUV's and have no problem keeping them looking great, I clay them twice a year and add a coat of polish/wax when I do the car, and that's a few times per year, and in between I just use car wash soap.

I wash them atleast once a week and have used zaino many times on them.... Also its not the outside that gets pitted. Its the inside of the wheel....where all the little ridges of the chrome are.

On many wheels the inside barrel does not get the same amount of chrome as the outsides do, this causes more dirt to build up, I take my wheels off the car twice a year on all my cars and treat the inside of the wheel with polish as well, it seems to work for my wheels.
