What color is my car?

I've heard it called "Deep Purple Metallic" "Bright Purple Metallic" "Purple" and "96' Special Edition Purple"

I'd really like to know the name of the color. My car is a 96' if that helps.

x.

according to the Firebird "Red Book" 2nd edition, the only purple color for '96 was Medium Dark Purple Metallic code 06

It is definatly rare, i have only seen two others this color in real life. One was a camaro, the other was a firebird. Neither were convertibles though, and the firebird had a gold thing on the back bumper in the center that said "Special Edition". Now mine doesn't say that, so i'm curious as to if it did at one time or another.
