Throttle Body & Pulleys

I was wondering what kind of gains are possible with a high performance throttle body(BBK or rebuilt by Thunder Racing) and underdrive pulleys. In terms of RWHP and 1/4 mi times. Any input is appreciated. Thanks, Brad.
