i think you should have some silver tips on the blue flames or maybe make them metalic close to the tip.


not bad on the interior.... not my kinda thing but still look nice

Things I like about it:

- It's black
- 1LE GRILLS
- The darker blue part of the interior
- The subs

Things I don't like about it
- The side graphics
- The stock wheels
- The lighter blue part of the interior, especially the gauge bezel and vents
- The exhaust tips
- The extra stickers

I think it looks great, chome rims and exhaust tips would be the nex thing on my list, you could paint your wheels blue too but it might look childish.

Well thank you all for your replies... Even though most of them were rude and made me realize how old all you people actually are.
I'm 18. I can't afford a Z28 and I only 'wasted' like $400 bucks on my car. I didn't want a plain black camaro cuz they look to average, so I went out and did something that made me happy. Im sorry I can afford a SS with a supercharger or 18" chrome rims!
If any of you actually have a problem with this, then buy me the mods Im 'suppost' to have. Or hell, buy me a Z28 you *****s.

first off, dont worry what other people think, it will just drag you down.

second, the car looks good. i have a black on black z and it seems that everyone has one, so i am looking for that edge that will make me stand out as well. the interior looks awesome. i just ordered a set of aluminum interior trim and guage trim for mine and hope it looks good.

as for the wheels, they are the cheapest lightweight wheels you will ever find. weighing only 32 pounds for $500 with tires, that aint bad.

Ok! Well thanks alot guys, your comments really cheered me up! I know I should get rims, Im working on my commercial pilot license right now so money is very tight, but my mom said that when I pass she will find a second-hand pair or maybe cheap new ones? Any suggestions for the kind I should get? I really dont know much about them!!

As for my interior I disensembled all the parts and scuffed the surface with a very light sand paper and wipped them down with nail polish remover (about 4 bottles of it). Then I took them to a body shop. There they they used a special FLEX PRIMER. cost $20. I went to Wal-Mart and bought some normal car paint and sprayed away! But it is important to get the flex primer so the paint can 'move' over the parts overwise you will get bubbles and cracks within the first couple months... hope that helps you out!

And as for the car I basically did everything you see...except the exhaust! Personnaly I and extremely proud how it turned out. Mostly everyone I have talked to has been impressed too! Except the old engine heads on this forum:confused:!

I think you are over-reacting. Asking for honest opinions was your first mistake. You should be prepared to take the heat, because not everyone has the same opinion.

There is a difference between posting pictures, and asking for opinions on the pictures. Just take the comments for what they are worth and don't stress about it.

I think it looks great, i'm personaly a graphics kinda guy, the only think i don't totaly agree with is the interior. I love the blue on the inside, i just think it's too much blue, but if you like it, it's all good:cool:

Considering it's your first car I can see how your experimenting and it's pretty tame from what I did with My first car (geo prizm)
But its good that you "rice" out your first car, gets it out of your system so when you get the car you really want you learn what looks tacky and what doesn't.

Around here you can't swing a dead cat by the tail without smacking at least 4 red, 7 black, and 2 white Camaros in the door.
There is a red camaro around here with white graphics that looks good too.
It takes grapes to go bold with an appearance mod like that, you had to know someone was going to give you some flack.
I've seen a bunch of 98-up with painted interiors but I don't think I've seen a 93-97 before. I like it.
Like was said some rims would set it off, and complete the look, but I know I myself can't run out and buy rims (that's why I have "hand me downs" , a set of chrome 2000 rims :) )

Outside, not bad if thats your kinda thing. (paint the hood inserts blue you dummy!). And I was lookin at those seat covers but didn't realize they were that blatantly bright.. little too much blue on the interior. seriously man, the difference between the average v6 and average z28 I see around here cant be more than 500-1000 bucks. you should have looked a bit harder. having a nice system and stickers on your car is cool, it will get you alot of looks, but once you get behind the wheel of a Z those looks will be deserved... I'm sure there will be plenty of people who see that and want to race you, and you will get torn up... just my $.02

you wouldn't realise it til you saw them, but chromed stock salad shooters look REALLY nice. And its not too much power, mine was my first car and i'm still here :eek: :D

With the way that car is graphiced up, you are gonna need some sweet a$$ rims. and i'm sorry but chrome salad shooters are not going to do it. Would probably make it look worse. Save your money until you can get some 18" rims.
