I just got at set of old style ARs off a Ford 2001. They are perfect, new with no marks plus they are 17s.

I've tried to measure the positive offset that the ford rims have and in short it is too close to call. The probem is I also need a 1 inch adapter to fit the rim. I want it to be flush with the body and from the looks it may hit.

Help please.

They look too good to pass up. They are nicer looking than my chrome shooters.

how wide are the rims?
how many inches of backspacing do they have?

no, lug pattern is different.
he already said that he knows that he will have to use adapters.

Zrag, if you remember, I was quite active in your last post about this. I plan on calling Adapt-It-USA today (the place I provided the link for in the last thread) and asking them about this very stuff. I was planning on it on the way in this morning. Whatever I find out from them I will let you know.

chucky - wheel info ---> Size = 17x8 / Offset = 22mm / Lug Pattern = 5x4.5

I will just have to talk to the adapter company and see what they say. I will post soon after speaking with them.

I remember 94black, thanks. I saw them yesterday and they are brand new. I took some basic mesurements and it will be real close with the spacer. I say give or take 1/4 inch fit. Real tight.

I also din't have a chance to speak to them but if you find out please post.
