money? couple hours of clean up and basic painting....half a day to have a brand new looking underside! well worth it...;)


yeah, i have the rims.........18x9.5 front and 18x10.5 rear! :D

Obviously a pearl white with a few sparkles to add depth... Maybe a matching powder coat on the driveshaft, TQ arm, rear axle, A arms, K member, exhaust, trans crossmember, and if you have the means, the bolts that hold it up.

undercoat it... the only way to go if you plan on keeping your car for a long time and not put any work into it... and I don't mean like the crappy undercoating job they do from the factory... do it right... not so it is MADE to rust

Fabricate a belly-pan outta polished aluminum and just cover it all up, like an exotic.;)

That is funny you said that I was thinking about that the other night. When I worked on 911's they had 3 pans that interconnected to cover the hole underbody. The rear was loovered so any air that did get in would be released in the rear. I was thinking how can you get the clearance on a third gen. I know years ago there was a salt flat 3rd gen that did 200 mph. They talked about the belly pan they made. I think I still have the book some place and will see if I can find it. If I do I will post some pic's.
