Anyone know where I might be able to get a clutch locally? I was thinking about upgrading from stock but I don't know how possible it is given my budget. Any ideas would be great!

Do you want stock or aftermarket? My dad sells McLeod clutches for a great price thru his shop. I have one in my car and its held up perfectly to my car's power level.

I'm pretty much just looking to get a good deal. I'm definitely interested in a McCleod clutch but given my price range (around $400) I don't know how realistic it is. Where is your dad's shop?

You're actually right on. My dad's shop is near the Arrowhead Pond. Give him an email at dynodonl@yahoo.com or phone (714) 633-5168.

How much does he sell the Street Twin for with a steel flywheel?

Thanks.

LUK is the supplier GM uses, I think. And it wont hold up to higher than stock power levels. Do you really want to replace it with a new stock clutch (even if its free) every time it fails?

Jim, give my dad a call or email at the numbers I posted above.

unless your running in the 12's a stock clutch should be fine especially if it's in your budget.

Yah but why spend $350 for a stock clutch when a better one from McLeod is only a few dollars more? Just my opinion.
