if i put zex 75-100 shot on my bone stock 94 Z

6 speed, what will i need? new fuel pump...bigger injectors? can i spray in lets say 2nd and shift into third, or do i have to shift in my final gear? let me know thanks

You will be fine with the basic setup of ZEX. You can spray in first gear at 3000 RPM's and keep shifting. You probably should get a M.S.D. window switch though. This keeps the nitrous from spraying between shifts. With this setup you will be fine.

I'd get something other than that damn ZEX kit. Leave that for the rice boys. NX or TNT for a wet kit (which wouldn't require you to upgrade the pump or injectors), or an NOS dry kit.

I'd expect a clutch replacement soon after.........

A window switch has nothing to do with when you shift (and MSD isn't the only one out there, Harlan makes probably the best bang for the buck swithc, Malory makes one, etc.). A window switch simply allows the juice to only be on between certain RPMS.

A WOT switch is what will keep it from spraying between shifts, and that comes with the kit. If the car isn't WOT, the nitrous isn't on.

Wet Kit is much safer than a dry kit!

The dry kit can be made just as safe as the wet kit. If you go with a dry kit definitely upgrade your injectors, the stock ones won't be able to keep up very long. Regardless of which kit you choose definitely get window and fuel pressure safety switches. And if you have the money, go with a purge and bottle heater as well. They'll make your runs more consistent.

Why is everyone against ZEX? Is there something wrong with it or has it just been labeled as "rice" and therefore unusable?
